Case Management support is available to advocate, plan, organise, coordinate, monitor and evaluate services and resources to help rehabilitate individuals.

Work is undertaken with individuals following personal injury, road traffic accidents, industrial accidents and clinical negligence having sustained various injuries or disabilities including brain injuries, orthopaedic poly-trauma, amputations and many more.

Case Management services support individuals to access statutory and private services to optimise their recovery. Working alongside clients, families, clinicians, insurers and the legal team to optimise recovery.
